(In [7721]) Minus and Multiply algorithms now use event weights to preserve the use of EventWorkspace longer in processing. Fixes #1984 and Refs #1781.

Tested all 4 binary operations on CNCS event data. Verified that each produces the correct values while still sitting in an EventWorkspace. MantidPlot also correctly recognises that they contain weighted events.
