I am making a ticket for people to check-in developer tools, such as little helper scripts etc. instead of going into #100.

(In [7005]) Refs #1780: Improved my runAllTests script to split up algorithms into two blocks for faster execution. Also fixed some paths in tests to help them pass on my system.
