Give colour fill plot context menu on 2D workspaces

Description

Add a new context menu for 2D workspaces that launches the colour plot without having to bring up the matrix first.

the option exists, very handy.

gives the opportunity to raise an unhandled exception by running it on a single-spectrum workspace, but the main mantidplot catches this so doesn't cause a program crash, just an error popup so is ok.
