Rename Catalog algorithms

Description

Please rename the Catalog Algorithms to have Catalog as a prefix, so Login will become CatalogLogin. Otherwise some of the terms are too generic.

There is no need to rename the .h or .cpp files, but you will have to ensure the usage of these algorithms is updated.

the algorithms have all been renamed. would suggest that the source files be renamed to match, and possibly the module as well, just for the sake of consistency. I have moved the various algorithm pages on the wiki but doxygen no longer seems to be covering ICat for some reason, so those links are broken (most of the pages try to link to Login anyway, rather than their own)
