(In [7174]) fixes #1801 - checkbox for savenxspe in indirect convert to energy user interface will not have the data saved in that format. also adding the savenxspe files to vs2010 solutions. is there no loadnxspe?

The NxSPE output option has been added and tested that it produces an output.
