Link to default grouping file from default parameter file

Description

In default parameter files of instrument add something like

<component-link name="bank_bsk" >

<parameter name="Default Grouping File" type="string">

<value val="Name of grouping file" />

</parameter>

</component-link>

In this context a Mantid property which stores the location of grouping files should be added.

This parameter will then be used in the MuonAnalysis interface to automatically pick up a default grouping when none is available from the Nexus file.

Add unit test in e.g. GroupDetectors which demonstrates this works.
