Allow different Instruments to be selected in different MantidPlot interfaces

Description

For instance in 'Indirect Data Analysis' allow user to select IRIS (indirect) and in 'Convert To Energy' the same (or different) user to select MAPS (direct) within the same MantidPlot instance.

No user have complained about this, just something we noticed while testing.

If we are to do this we need to have the instrument widget keep track of wether the user has explicitly changed the value from the default.

Then we should only change values on a signal from other widgets if they have not explicitly changed it from the default.
