Add option to hide Absolute Units tab in Direct ConvertToEnergy GUI

At the moment, Direct Geometry beamlines at the SNS do not perform absolute normalisations. So we need the ability to hide the Absolute Units tab if needed.

This could be done by either:

1) just hide for all SNS instruments (CNCS, ARCS, SEQUOIA)
2) add a parameter to control the behaviour.

Discussed with Jon Taylor and we agreed that we can accomplish this by just altering some of the text and making some fields optional.
