after consultation with Timmy Ramirez-Cuesta, we believe this issue to be resolved. Mantid can now generate results "pretty damn close" to those obtained from OpenGenie with the right process/workflow.

next steps

  • #1772 - get the correct process into the Indirect CTE interface.
  • #1685 - prune Tosca IDF, some values need changing
