Description

At the moment, it is a straight summing.

Add an option (drop down list to allow for later expansion) to average by the number of pixels being grouped. Treat errors in the manner divide does.

commit [8849] was also to do with this ticket.

trac seems to dislike "refs" nowadays as opposed to "re"
