Ensure the InstrumentView code that display detector information is well written

Description

Steve Williams and Roman Tolchenov discussed how this is currently done with three classes: Instrument3DWidget DetInfo InstrumentWindow

Partically we need to ensure there is no duplication of code or data storage. Also check there are nice defined boundaries between the roles and responsibilities of the classes, in holding detector and retrieving detector information.
