FlatPlateAbsorption: Shift for non-zero sample position is incorrect

Description

It scales the sample instead of moving it. Should check whether this is the case in any of the other 'old' absorption correction routines.

(In [8250]) Correct sample geometry for sample position not at origin. Also remove redundant method from AbsorptionCorrection. Fixes #2115.
