CalculateEfficiency: add option to calculate wavelength-dependent efficiency

Description

At the moment the TOF histograms are summed up to get enough statistics to compute the detector efficiency. Since it might be possible to run long enough to populate each TOF bins, we might want to add an option to calculate the efficiency as a function of TOF or wavelength.
