Description

Allow a pick option for a user to make multiple selelctions and then save the results to a mask file, either including or excluding the selection.

Tested workspace and file saving. Works.

We could consider using the SpecialWorkspace2D type to create the mask workspace (similar to what LoadDetCal uses). We kind of have 2 ways to do masking.
