The MacInstaller doesn't contain any data

Description

Jon Taylor has reported that the dmg file on the download page is empty.

It looks as if there is a problem with the packagemaker build, it exits with this error 

ERROR: Could not copy resources to "en.lproj"

which apparently is something to do with the License and Readme resources not being accessible. This will be be because of the repository restructure I guess.

Just downloaded and installed 9520 w/o problem.
