Description

Only the commands that are allowed for EQSANS should be imported when importing sns_command_interface.

The original intent of this ticket was to tidy up the imports in sns_command_interface.py This has been done so I'm closing the ticket.

Confirmed that the imports have moved from "import *" to only selected packages.
