EQSANS: disantangle beam profile from transmission measurement

Description
The current way of measuring the transmission for EQSANS is to measure counts through a small hole in the beam stop (as per JK's code). This measures the attenuated beam flux phi(lambda)*T(lambda). When dividing by phi*T, we also take care of the beam spectrum normalization. But this means that we _can't_ use the theta-dependent transmission correction. We should take the beam profile out of the transmission measurement and fold it into the normalization step.
