Just tried from last nightly build (15/02/2011)

Could not open library C:\MantidInstall\plugins
hm421m.dll: failed with error 193: %1 is not a valid Win32 application.

This dll is not used anymore (hm425 etc are now used). I didn't realise it got installed in plugins (i'd assumed it went to "bin") so i'll just remove it from third_party and that should stop mantid trying to load it.
