Find available keywords available for file when using load algorithm (#2330)

Would be useful to support new load algorithm (#2330) by an additional query algorithm to find the available keywords.

The load algorithm silently calls the correct underlying algorithm depending on what it is loading. This makes it hard to determine what the keywords available are given that you are sheilded from that knowledge.

An additional PreLoad/QueryLoad (insert better name) would be useful.

This has been around for a while and no user has ever requested it so I don't think it's worth the time to be honest.
