Description

... to improve displaying plots of long event lists. A parameter will be added when it is necessary to sort with a single core (e.g. calling SortAll() ). That way, MantidPlot will be more responsive for long event lists.

(In [9731]) Fixes #2561: Sort event list using many cores by default when requesting a histogram. This should speed up showing spectra on un-sorted event workspaces.

Rebin is very fast for a large unsorted event workspace, so this must be working.
