Polaris instrument upgrade. Old instrument is scraped and new Polaris instrument being build.

The Polaris instrument description file I sent you yesterday did not place the detector modules in the "correct" order (i.e. position rotated around the z axis) according to the way Steve and I have decided to refer to them.

Attached is a corrected version (I've also added a comment at the top about the triangulation problem).

Note IDF for new Polaris has been created, although it is slow to load because of some likely triangularisation problem for which a separate ticket has been created #3873

I successfully loaded a recent POLARIS nexus file (took 5 minutes) and then successfully viewed the instrument. Anders informed me that being able to view the instrument indicated success.
