Description

Currently, the custom interface in MantidPlot only allows for basic rebinning (ie, only one step width).

We need to be able to specify more complex rebin strings, for example:

-2,0.015,3,-0.015,500

for some cases, which is not currently possible.

Possibly have some flag on the parameter file to decide which type to show, and option (context menu?) to switch between them?

The multiple rebinning parameter mechanism seems to work as advertised.
