In SANS the range over which the transmission is calculated needs to be adiustable

Clicking TransFit on the Analysis Details tab and filling in the line edits should set the range of wavelengths over which the transmission is calculated. Click a reduce button on the Run Details tab and examine the workspace history to find the name of the workspaces that were passed to CalculateTransmission. These workspaces should have x-values that go between the numbers you typed next to TransFit.
