Description

Include the easy_install scripts with the distribution to help installing thrid_party packages in our Python

on installers, goes into "Scrs" directory rather than "Scripts"

(In [11213]) Fixes #2894. So it turns out easy_install also requires the .py files as well as pyc files to run.
