Description

The Convert to Energy Transfer GUI fails on reducing SNS data due to the He3TubeEfficiency algorithm being given an event workspace. This looks to be due to an implicit conversion to a weighted event workspace from one of the preceeding algorithms.

I have run with the fix and the reduction runs to completion again. This found another error which is documented in #2896.
