Installing RHEL6 RPM on a clean machine fails to start python

Description

Just doing a yum install mantid on a clean RHEL6 machine. Then on startup, you get the message:

Exception in PythonScripting.cpp: sipAPI_qti is undefined

Probably just a missing dependency on the kit.

The problem is a missing dependency on sip and PyQt4
