Reducer for OSIRIS Diffraction

Description

Workflow:

  1. Load vanadium files (multiple files for multiple dSpacings)
  2. Load sample files (multiple files for multiple dSpacings)
  3. Identify which vanadium belongs with each sample file.
  4. Normalise by beam current (AlignDetectors first? Maybe?)
  5. Divide sample by vanadium.
  6. Output as GSS (How does SaveGSS deal with a grouped workspace?)
  7. Merge into a single file?

Doing it as a reducer would be more appropriate than just a script. Not sure how general I can make it though, not having seen the diffraction workflow for others.

This exists and looks as if it is doing the steps suggested. It is not actually used anywhere yet though.

I feel we may be able to do better than creating a single reducer for one instrument but Michael said that they felt what they did was not going to be done anywhere else.
