Updating the Instrument view TOF window using the line entry boxes

Description

The colors in the instrument view aren't getting update often when you type numbers into the edit boxes at the bottom of the pick mode window and press return

Equally couldn't find the ticket, so I tested it using a HIFI dataset. It works fine in release 1.30.14747
