Script window minimizing in redhat 6

Description

From Garrett:

When changing from one Redhat6 workspace to another, the Mantidplot script window automatically minimizes. To recover it I have to

1) view > unselect script window 2) view > select script window 3) unminimize script window

In [14685]:

Removing this line appears to fix the script window minimising/disappearing problems on Linux.
It doesn't appear to reintroduce the problem described in #2912 around which this change was originally made.
Fixes #3066 and Re #3719.
