ISIS custom interfaces don't behave well with other facilities

The following custom interfaces (from the Interface menu) behave poorly when the MantidPlot default facility is set to something other than ISIS.

Indirect Diffraction: Crashes when it's not finding the DEMON instrument description.

Muon Analysis: Crashes for a similar reason.

SANS ISIS: Causes a total MantidPlot crash if the default instrument is not recognized. It doesn't even behave with ISIS as the default facility. It complains about a missing input file when started the first time.

SANS ISIS also crashes when the default facility is changed after it has been started, even if the SANS window has been closed.

This behavior is no longer there. The UIs now display a standard message saying that the default facility should be changed. No more crashing.
