Display tab needs to plot runs loaded from RKH files

Description

In the ISIS SANS Display tab currently an error is generated when loading an RKH file

Changes to LoadRKH under ticket #3105 have improved the situation with regard to Michael Whitty's comment "LoadRKH doesn't make a workspace that is suitable for IQTransform. It creates the workspace as data points and as raw counts rather than a distribution."

Verified by running a reduction and saving it out as an RKH file. Loading the saved file and then using the workspace as input for the display tab seems to give expected results.
