Make MultiSlice indicators delete and hide via context menu

Description

The indicators in the MultiSliceView should all for a context menu mechanism to delete and hide an associated slice. This is the behavior of SliceOMatic.

(In [12712]) Context menu can now hide and show cuts. The indicator changes color in response. This refs #3210.

To test, follow the instructions linked in #2955 to get to the multislice view. After creating an indicator, right click on it and play with the menu options.

Done. Works well. Have opened a new ticket to cover the case when all sliders are deleted #3242.
