Reset output node after deleting all sliders

Description

Multislice view correctly sets-up the view to render the slices once it is applied. However, if all slices are deleted, the user is left with an empty screen.

If all slices are deleted we should re-set the view such that the output node (marked with the 'eye' icon in the GUI) falls back to be the mantidrebinningcutter node.
