Add ability to switch rendering types in simple GUI

Description

The simple GUI should have a way of switching rendering types (surface, volume etc.).

Added initial version of method Find_UB that does not
require the lattice parameters. Also added test for that
method.

This was given to us free by the Kitware redesign of the properties panel. The different representations are now available on the properties panel while in the Standard view. The MultiSlice and ThreeSlice views use specific representations, so they do not allow this. PV also disables representation switching for those two views as well.
