Loading ISIS event nexus files has wrong logs

Description

Loaded Test/Data/WISH00002868.nxs. In Sample Logs most entries are 0, including beam current, charge, etc.

Total counts is 77034078 (hdfview), ) in Mantid

Opening in HDFView I see all of the entries with a value of zero, including runlog/total_counts.

The WISH00002868.nxs file has only detector data in it (it was generated from an existing histogram raw file WISH00017713.raw and i didn't bother with the logs). When we have a proper instrument run on WISH I will upload a real file.
