Description

Start trying to get some mockup ideas together of what the next generation of inelastic reduction GUI might look like.

These are really to provide the basis of discussion rather than a polished interface.

One thing to bear in mind is how we can accommodate the GUI gracefully morphing between different inelastic 'modes' as still keep a similar feel.

The idea behind this UI is to have a collection of data+algorithms+parameters. The available algorithms are instrument specific and the instrument scientist should be able to modify the list of algorithms that he shows the users. Also, standard workflows should be provided.
