Resize not working with ColorFill

Description

I am trying to do a ColorFill plot. The default Y axis limits are completely wrong. When I try to resize the axis, the limits are changed to some weird values, not the ones that I input in the "General Plot Options" dialog box. I am running on Windows 7 64 bit, the development version 1.32.546-g2e22bca installed from the nightly build (release date 24 Oct 2011). I've seen the same problem on Ubuntu. To test: Load the CNCS file from the autotest data, rebin, and plot using ColorFill. The Y range should be between 0 and 52000. Or use an output from SofQW

Suggested test works, although fill is blank.
