CRASH: when out of range value entered in SANS plot window

Description

steps to reproduce

  1. load a workspace
  2. open the SANSRuntime window
  3. click the plot button
  4. select the workspace, and enter an index equal to the number of spectra. i.e is crisp and 4 spectra (0-3) then enter 4.
  5. click add to plot then plot.

As a fix to this we should make this safe at the workspace level and ensure that any out of range exception is caught and dealt with properly.
