Plot window sizes not remembered correctly when saving projects.

This bug was highlighted while testing #4483. To reproduce:

  • Load a file and plot a spectrum.
  • Resize the plot window to something noticeable like 600 x 100 and then save the project.
  • Restart Mantid and open up the project. The plot window will be visible, but will have been resized to 526 x 468. The graph itself will still be stretched to a 6:1 ratio, and so wont be completely visible.

This has been resolved as part of #9970.

Testing

  • Open a workspace
  • Plot it twice.
    • Make one of the plots tall and thin, the other short and wide
  • Save the project
  • Restart mantid / start a new project
  • Open the project you saved
  • The plots should be loaded correctly
