(In [2791]) Fix test SetScalingPSD which failed as a consequence of change to Merlin IDF, used more succinct way of getting detectors in test (as pointed out by Martyn), improved throw message in getDetector method of Instrument. Refs #595.

(In [3030]) Previous commit increased checking in LoadInstrument which uncovered problem with the OSIRIS_Definition.xml due to duplicate of some of the type elements defined. These has been deleted. However, for reason not understood the OSIRIS instrument does now not display correctly. This is at the moment rather confusing, but to get the unwrap test to pass the updated OSIRIS_Definition.xml is here committed. Refs #595.
