Create a load Nexus for Muon Version 2 files.
It would be best id this was an extension of LoadMuonNexus (or LoadISISNexus if that is more appropriate)

The bin boundaries are not read in correctly (I think). They are loaded from group /run/detector_fb/raw_time. The problem is that there are as many raw_time values as there are bins (not the number of bins + 1). Other questions: is the name of the group with the data always "detector_fb"? there is no equivalent to the icp_event log.

To be implemented: different numbers of spectra and detectors, multiple "detector_*" groups. No available example files with these feattures.
