qtiplot: Colormap for colo(u)r fill plots doesn't update

Description

It appears that the limits of the colormap for 3D Plot -> Color Fill plots is calculated only when the MantidMatrix is first brought up. So it doesn't update as the plot itself does when the workspace is updated. It doesn't even change if you recreate the plot from scratch. The only way to get it to recalculate the limits is to bring up the matrix again from the workspaces list.

This is now considered acceptable behaviour now that the manual alteration of the colour map limits works nicely.
