Save(Load)NexusProcessed loses the instrument definition for 'full name' instruments

Description

Should remove section that tries to write out the instrument definition file name and just go looking simply for the instrument name on loading, and deduce the definition file name from that (as all the other load routines do).

(In [2577]) Change an instrument's internal name to derive from the filename of the definition file rather than from the "name" attribute within the file. Necessary for consistency. Re #656.
