Vista Bug? SetAxisScale did nothing when run as part of a script

Description

however this was fine when run alone.

Check on Steves Desktop to see if it is a Vista bug.

Talk to Martyn to get help to check this.

Martyn did some checks on my computer and scaling worked each time
