Clean OSX Builds are failing while running RunPythonScript algorithm as part of the LoadLiveData algorithm as part of the LoadLiveDataTest.py harness. Move the unit test to the new version of the python API (needs doing anyway)

Once complete, this unit test should pass on the clean builds. This ticket is related to #7201 and #7090

We believe that this is a issue with the python implementation on the Mac. Successful running of the test seems to depend on whether the pyc file is present or not (hence why it's only failing on the clean builds). Simply moving the test to the new version of the python API should clear everything up.

Checked using the clean build on the build server. The problem persists before the merge but is cured with this fix and all of the other tests seem to work.
