Description

this should load the file attached to give 3 spectra with bin centered X values. Although we should allow the number of spectra to be variable based on the number of columns found in the file.

the columns in this file are 

Energy/meV Intensity_Back Error Intensity_Forward Error Intensity_total Error
which roughly translate to 
   X           Y0         E0      Y1                E1      Y2           E2
