SetSampleMaterial modifies a Input Workspace

Description

This should be changed to an inout workspace, that way the algorithm will work with history.

Also this alg really neads some custom usage examples

To test:

  1. look at the wiki documentation, particularly the usage section
  2. run SetSampleMaterial (just use on of the examples from the help usage)
  3. Check the history on the workspace - it should include setsampleMaterial.
