Feedback from Stuart Campbell

I just tried with a random file that I happened to have (it’s an IRIS type instrument) and the good news is that you can see some data... The bad news is that the tof axis seems to be 10 times too small, the elastic line upwards should be about 140,000 usecs.

But an impressive first effort... :-)

Management here are keen for us to try it out on the powder diffraction instrument... I presume for that we need to have at least the angles and distances loaded in from the NeXus file.

I presume that on WISH/GEM they have some sort of python mantid script that they use to focus/reduce/output their data... When the time comes would it be possible to just steal it ? :-)

I think that once the geometry is in, we can just try it on some powder data to see what we get ! :-)
...very exciting!
