Add more information to LoadInstrumentFromNexus wiki

Description
This can be done by copying information found at the start of the header file into the wiki section of the cpp file and ensuring it's in a format suitable for wiki.

To test check that the wiki http://www.mantidproject.org/LoadInstrumentFromNexus is informative and of good format. Also check the history in case it has been modified by someone and if necessary go back to the most recent wikimaker-edited version.
You may also check the LoadInstrumentFromNexus works with a Muon Nexus file and version 1 of LoadMuonNexus works.

The Wiki summary in setWikiSummary is too long. The information is good (if still correct) but it should be in the description, and the summary perhaps just be "Loads information about the instrument from a Nexus file."
