Clear All Memory menu item improvement

Description

When a user has a bunch of plots and uses "File"->"Clear All Memory", mantid will ask for confirmation for each plot to be deleted. Get rid of the confirmation when deleting workspaces using this menu item.

Moved to the Backlog after the code freeze for R2.6

Sorted when we changed the default confirmations to off in R2.6. If users turn them on then they get what they asked for.

Checked current state & as expected, out of the box you no longer get confirmations for deleting plots when clearing memory.
